How did you do it?
I joined a gym and started swimming regularly.
How would you describe your life now?
I’m physically in better shape and more alert mentally. I also now am enjoying more social occasions and interacting with people.
What advice would you give others who are thinking about taking up the five ways to wellbeing?
Although I focussed on the physical aspect, the benefits mentally and socially were unexpected wellbeing bonuses. I’m sure this will apply to others too.
